Well what a journey over the last few weeks. How can I convey the enjoyment that I have been experiencing recently. It has been a whirlwind of a time. Travelling down to Eastbourne three times, London once, all for education of the highest order, and a great deal of fun along the way.
Firstly there was the five day Holistic Lifestyle Coaching course Level 2, many of my clients ask why I repeat a course. Well I start to tell them just how much information is passed to us, and that to soak it all up is very challenging indeed, and sometimes we need to go back and pick up more that's relevant to us. Also its great to make new friends, and catch up with old friends. And to hang out with my mentors and friends Paul Chek, Dr Clifford Oliver, Alex Mackenzie and Emma lane.
Well my first project of the year is complete. My Personal Training Gym is now redecorated and refurbished.
I purchased an additional cable pulley machine (ideal for any home gym) to use for Circuits or when I am training more than one client at a time enabling me to create multiple cable exercise circuits without having to change weights, height each time. I have put up hooks on the walls to hold equipment, getting it off the floor.
I have designed and built a Swiss Ball rack, which keeps them neatly stacked away in the corner. I now have my Certificates of various qualifications framed and displayed on the wall. For educational purposes I have also purchased and framed Anatomy & Skeletal posters, making it easy for my clients to see and understand any muscular or structural issues.
I also bought some plants to sit on the window ledges, some creepers and colourful bulbs to help enhance the atmosphere.
The feedback so far has been very positive. I can safely say that my aim to create a warmer, and more friendly environment in which to train has been successful, resulting in a more enjoyable experience.

I often get asked, "So what do you do?". Well, to cut a long story short, I help people look & feel great about themselves.
